Dr. Syed Taimur Asif Ali is an FCPS qualified Cardiac Surgeon and accredited for Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery. He qualified his MBBS from the University of Karachi and after his 1-year of House Job completed his core General Surgery from Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center. He undertook training in Cardiothoracic Surgery from Aga Khan University Hospital. He joined NICVD in 2015 and is actively involved in clinical and surgical practice and academic teaching of undergraduates and postgraduates. He is also a keen researcher having 8 articles published.
