Muhammad
I. Naseem is a Director on the Board of Si3 and is a Founding Member. Prior to
establishing Si3, Naseem was a Partner of A.F. Ferguson & Co. (a member
firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) until his retirement in 2005. He was the first
Pakistani to become a partner at the prestigious Middle East firm of Price
Waterhouse & Co.
Naseem
is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in auditing and
taxation for the largest corporations in Pakistan. He has vast global expertise
with clients across industry verticals including Oil & Gas,
Telecommunications, Ocean logistics, Investment banking, Pharmaceuticals,
Insurance, Healthcare, Construction, Banking, Steel, Technology, Airlines,
Brokerage, Manufacturing, Tourism and Education.
He
is an acclaimed personality sought after by Pakistani business groups,
government agencies and think-tanks in policy matters related to auditing,
business consultancy, accounting system review, tax advisory, share valuation,
financial investigation, corporate finance and financial restructuring.
Naseem
is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales, as well as Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
He has served on the Education Committee and Quality Control Committee at
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has shared his domain
expertise by imparting extensive training at leading business schools.
Naseem
is also Director of the following companies with diverse business interests;
Tecsol Associates collaborates with organizations in Pakistan 's social sector
to alleviate poverty and enhance literacy, besides conducting trading
activities; Ferguson Associates is the premier Business Advisory and
Consultancy firm in Pakistan ; Swede Bus Pakistan is activating a greener urban
