In late 80s, trust began its modest operation as a small islamic institution and a charitable hospital at the initiative of a humble and deeply religious man, Wahid Ali Rehmani. With the help of Almighty Allah and moral support of his family and friends, he continued to advance step by step in the way of his mission. The organization was registered as a full fledged Trust in 1990, under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies Registration and Control Ordinance 1961.
Under the chairmanship of Mr. Wahid Ali Rehmani, Trust has started many projects of health and education. All the projects are working on not-for-profit basis.
The Board of Trustees is comprised of like-minded people, aimed to serve people without any discriminition to cast, creed or color.
Meetings of Board of Trustees are held on monthly basis to monitor the progress of all projects and to discuss the further extension.
