The year 2010 and 2011 will be a bad years for heads of states, but a good on for relationships. While the heads of states will struggle to retain power, marriage, partnerships or pacts/trades between countries will flourish. Though 2010 and 2011 will continue to be marked by natural disasters, the global recession will take a back seat.
