Mr. Adeeb Ahmad is a seasoned business leader with over 34 years of diversified experience, including multiple C-suite assignments. His professional journey covers private equity management, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and large-scale transformation initiatives, primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors across the MENA region, Turkey, the CIS, Southeast Asia, and Pakistan.
Over the years, he has worked closely with leading investment banking institutions in the GCC and Pakistan, where he led numerous M&A transactions, privatization mandates, and capital-raising assignments. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Hascol Petroleum Limited.
He has also held senior leadership positions at Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector in Saudi Arabia, where he served as Senior Advisor to the CEO and Deputy CEO-Designate, contributing to strategic development and private sector growth initiatives.
Mr. Ahmad holds a Master of Science degree from London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom, and an MBA from Institute of Business Administration Karachi.
