Munir Moosa Sewani has been in the field of education for the last ten years. He is Ph.D Scholar and a renowned researcher. His contribution for social services is phenomenal. He has won several awards for his services for the social and education cause.   He has written more than 110 articles and 10 research papers of international rapport. Besides that, he wrote award winning moral stories for children. He is considered as Youth Icon in India and his vision is to produce several documentaries on social issues. He is currently serving as Assistant Editor for International Journal of Health and Education and as a speaker at different institutions.

Dr Ghufranullah Khan

Dr. Ghufranullah Khan is a prominent member of the team of professionals in the field of Cardiac Health at Tabba Heart Institute, which  was established in the year 2005 with the aim to provide quality services and compassionate care at an affordable cost.

He is the Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon at the institute and also serves as Program Director Cardiothoracic Surgery and the Instructor of Trauma Course Team.

He was a Gold Medalist for achieving I^st  position in Multan Board, Pre-medical Examination, and also awarded “Roll of Honor” in 1976, SE Collage, Bahawalpur.

He achieved MBBS from King Edward Medical College , Lahore.

He completed FCPS in General Surgery and Cardiac Surgery from the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.

He also has many associations with several medical institutions in Pakistan, which are listed as follows :

Justice (R) Zahid Kurban Alavi

Justice Zahid Alvi (Retd.) is the newly appointed Caretaker Chief Minister of Sind, who took oath  on Thursday 22^nd of March 2013.

He was born in Karachi on 21^st August 1941. After completing his Matric and Intermediate from St. Patrick’s school and St Patrick’s college, Karachi, respectively, he achieved “Bachelor of Law” and a “Master’s in International Relations” from Sindh University.

During his student life, he wrote many articles and short stories for various magazines of school and other publications. He was a member of the English-Speaking Society in the St Patrick’s College and Harvest Magazine, published by the English department of Karachi University. He was also a member of the Bohra Youth Association.

After graduation, he started his law practice in June 1966. He became a judge of the Sindh High Court on May 27, 1998 and remained on that position  till 31^st Dec , 2003. After retirement, he continued the legal profession and also served on various government commissions.

Besides his long legal career, he also served various Social welfare organizations locally and Internationally, and received several awards. In addition, he is the only Pakistani to be interviewed by Club of Rome on “Young Leaders of the World”.

He is a very humble person and had remained non-controversial when he was in the Sindh High Court as well as when he was with different govt. commissions, and that is the main reason, he was chosen as the Caretaker Chief Minister of Sindh by the mutual understanding of the major Political Parties in Sindh.

Athar Ahmed

Athar Ahmed, a known personality in business and commercial circle of Pakistan Athar Ahmed has done his Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in marketing, Besides his main job he is faculty member in two universities where he is teaching marketing since last many years.

Utilizing his expertise of media and marketing together, he along with another marketing expert Mr. Mehmood Arshad has prepared 50 minutes duration television program “Potential of Pakistan” to unveil and expose hidden potential of Pakistan before international business community.

Kamal Afsar
